Please use the following procedures to issue a complaint or grievance regarding any matter related to CCIE Standards and/or Accredited Programs’ adherence to the Standards:
- A record of all written complaints/grievances and CCIE’s written responses will be kept on file.
- Complaints or grievances must be submitted via email to CCIE at [email protected].
- Complaints will be reviewed by the CCIE Executive Committee and responded to in writing within 30 days of receipt of the written complaint.
